Keeper Reveal is a new Pro feature for redraft-with-keepers leagues. Each owner submits through a private link only they can access. Submissions are sealed on entry. On reveal day, every team's keepers flip card by card in the same reveal experience your league already knows from draft lottery. Same suspense, same watch-party moment, now for keepers.

• Per-team password links. The commissioner distributes a unique link to each owner. No sign-in required. Open the link, submit keepers, done.
• Sealed from everyone. Submissions are locked the moment they go in. The commissioner cannot see any team's selections until the reveal date. No accidental spoilers, no "I thought it was just me" suspicion.
• Card-flip reveal page. On reveal day, each team's keepers unlock one card at a time with a flip animation. Share the link in the group chat and watch it together.
• Commissioner override with disclosure. If a manager misses the deadline, the commissioner can enter their keepers directly. Every override is labeled on the reveal card so the league sees the full record.
• Submission tracker. See at a glance who has submitted and who hasn't. Regenerate any team's password if it needs to be reissued.

Make draft order selection a league event. Instead of just pressing a randomize button, tie your draft order to a real-world event everyone can watch together.

How it works:

• Pick an event — Kentucky Derby, NASCAR, Formula 1, Royal Rumble, a golf major, or any custom event with a finishing order.
• Draw assignments — Each team gets randomly assigned an option (a horse, a driver, a wrestler, etc.). Share the link so everyone sees who they got.
• Watch together — Root for your pick during the event. Whoever's option finishes first gets the #1 draft pick.
• Enter results — After the event, the commissioner enters the finishing order and the draft order is automatically generated.

Lock assignments — Want to pre-assign a specific option to a specific team? Use the Lock Assignments feature to manually set some pairings while the rest are randomized.

This is the most advanced draft lottery feature anywhere. Instead of one lottery for all positions, split your draft into tiers — each tier runs its own independent weighted lottery.

How it works:

• Choose 2–4 tiers — teams auto-split by standings, or drag the boundaries yourself.
• Independent weight modes — Tier 1 can use NBA-Style, Tier 2 can use Equal, Tier 3 can use Custom. Mix and match.
• Per-tier lottery balls — each tier has its own ball counts, just like a standalone lottery.
• One reveal, one link — all tiers combine into a single draft order with tier-by-tier color coding and dividers during the reveal.

The ball draw reveal just got a serious upgrade. We rebuilt the entire animation from scratch to feel like a real lottery machine.

What changed:

• Idle state — Balls settle at the bottom of the drum with gravity. The machine looks real before you even start.
• Mixing phase — Hit "Draw" and the air jets kick on. Balls bounce chaotically across the full drum, the machine shakes, and the base glows.
• Drawing phase — One ball rises through an illuminated chute at the top of the drum. The rest settle back down.
• Variable suspense — Late picks draw fast. Top picks get the full treatment — longer mixing, bigger shakes, more tension.

Every league has arguments. Now you have an impartial judge. Unbiased Ruling lets you submit a dispute, describe both sides, and get a clear verdict that doesn't play favorites.

How it works:

• Describe the situation — What happened? What's the context?
• Present both sides — Side A's argument and Side B's argument
• Link your constitution (optional) — References your actual league rules for a grounded verdict
• Get the ruling — A structured verdict with analysis of both sides and a recommended resolution

Every ruling gets a shareable link. Drop it in the group chat so everyone can see the impartial verdict. No more "well I think..." — the verdict has been delivered.

Anonymous polls are here. Create a poll with 2-10 options, share the link, and let your league vote. Results stay hidden until you cast your own vote — no peeking, no bias.

Two visibility modes:

• Public — Anyone with the link can vote, no sign-up required
• League Only — Voters must sign in, ensuring one vote per member

Use it for anything: Trade vetoes, rule changes, punishment votes, draft date polls, or settling arguments. Votes are deduplicated so nobody can stuff the ballot box.

Every league has rules. Now your league can actually find them. Paste your league constitution, give it a name, and get a permanent shareable link. Anyone with the link can read the full rules.

Smart Q&A: Signed-in members can ask questions like "What are the keeper rules?" or "What happens if two teams tie?" and get instant answers based on your specific league rules. No more scrolling through a 47-page Google Doc.

Dark mode is here. Every page, every tool, every reveal — fully themed for dark mode. The app now defaults to dark, but you can switch to light anytime with the toggle in the top navigation bar.

Dark mode was the most requested feature on the Ideas Board. It looks great during reveal parties, is easier on the eyes for late-night draft prep, and just feels right for a lottery app.

The Trade Analyzer just got a major upgrade. You can now add your full roster to factor in positional depth and team needs when evaluating trades.

Three ways to add your roster:

• Search — Autocomplete search, same as adding trade players
• Paste — Paste player names (one per line or comma-separated)
• Sleeper Import — Enter your Sleeper username, pick a league, and your roster auto-populates

With your roster loaded, you get insights like "You're already stacked at WR but thin at RB — this trade hurts you" instead of just comparing raw values.
