1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Fantasy League Lottery ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fantasy League Lottery is a free tool that generates weighted draft lotteries for fantasy sports leagues. Users can create lotteries, share reveal links, and view draft results. Optional paid features ("Pro") are available for an additional fee.

3. User Accounts

You may use the Service without an account. If you sign in via a third-party provider (Google, Yahoo, Facebook, or Microsoft), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate others.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or real-money gambling.
• Attempt to access other users' data or interfere with the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service.
• Upload offensive, harmful, or misleading content (e.g. team names, league names).

5. Lottery Results

Draft order results are generated using a weighted randomization algorithm and are final once created. We do not guarantee any specific outcome. Results are intended for fantasy sports entertainment purposes only.

6. Pro Subscriptions

Pro features are sold as time-limited access passes. Payments are processed through PayPal. All sales are final — no refunds will be issued except at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, and its code are owned by Fantasy League Lottery. You retain ownership of the content you create (league names, team names). By using the Service, you grant us a license to store and display that content as needed to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fantasy League Lottery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by emailing fantasyleaguelotto@gmail.com.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
