Refund Policy

Our Commitment

We want you to be happy with your Pro subscription or AI credit pack purchase. If something isn't working as expected, contact us and we'll make it right.

Pro Subscription Refunds

You may request a full refund of your Pro subscription within 14 days of purchase by emailing fantasyleaguelotto@gmail.com with your order ID. Refunds are processed within 7 business days back to your original payment method (PayPal or credit/debit card via Stripe).

After the 14-day window, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We generally honor refund requests for accidental purchases, unused access, or technical issues that prevented you from using Pro features.

Credit Pack Refunds

AI credit pack purchases ($1.99–$7.99) are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the credits are unused. Partial refunds are available if some credits remain, refunded pro-rata for unused credits.

How to Request a Refund

Email fantasyleaguelotto@gmail.com with:

• The email address on your account
• The order ID from your PayPal or Stripe receipt
• Reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)

We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your card issuer. We resolve most disputes directly and faster than the chargeback process.
